The ad account — Google Ads, Meta Business Manager — always remains yours; you grant the agency manager access rights to the account without transferring ownership. Before campaigns launch, we confirm goals, budget and the measurement plan in writing. Weekly monitoring and monthly reporting are within standard scope; in monthly review meetings we go through results and next-period optimisation steps together.
We cannot guarantee a specific ROAS or conversion number; platform auction dynamics, competition intensity, seasonal demand fluctuations and user behaviour are variables outside our control. We keep measurement transparent: conversion tracking is set up via GA4 integration and the platform pixel, and each month we report what each campaign spent and what it returned. Targets are set realistically upfront and optimised based on data.
The entire process runs remotely: briefing, strategy, reporting and review meetings happen via video conference and written channels; being outside Istanbul changes nothing about scope, quality or cost.
