We discuss both line items clearly at the start and build a transparent monthly cost plan so there are no surprise invoices.
All social media accounts always remain yours; we are added as co-editors for access and never take ownership. Content goes through an approval stage before publishing: you review drafts in a shared content calendar and give final sign-off. When the working relationship ends, all assets — visuals, captions, approved calendars and account access — are handed back to you in full. Account history and your follower base are not deleted; they remain intact.
Follower growth, organic reach, engagement rate, profile visits and website referral traffic are shared transparently in monthly reports. We cannot guarantee a specific follower count or viral content; platform algorithms and user behaviour are variables outside our control.
