AdwebX creates comprehensive brand guidelines for strong team adoption. Join brands with clear, actionable documentation.
Pricing depends on the state of your existing brand assets (are we building from scratch or documenting what exists), the depth of the guidelines (basic usage rules versus a complete system for digital, print, and motion), and delivery format (PDF guide or interactive web guidelines). Rather than quoting a standard rate, we need to understand your project first — scope becomes clear during our free consultation, after which we provide a detailed proposal.
We review your existing brand materials — logo files, colours you have been using, typefaces, and recurring visuals — and determine what is inconsistent versus usable. If there is no solid logo foundation, we complete the logo design phase before beginning guidelines production; a guidelines document cannot be built on an undefined base. We carry out this assessment during the free initial consultation.
The process has four stages: (1) Discovery — reviewing existing brand materials, analysing competitors, and mapping your usage contexts (web, social media, print, signage). (2) System Design — building the colour palette, typography hierarchy, logo usage rules, and spacing standards. (3) Voice and Tone Guide — brand personality, writing tone, social media language, and phrases to avoid. (4) Delivery — an approved PDF guide and, on request, a Figma or web-based interactive version.
Without a guidelines document, every designer, agency, and team member uses colours, fonts, and logos differently — accumulated inconsistency makes a brand look unprofessional and erodes trust. Guidelines ensure your brand looks the same through agency changes and team transitions, shorten onboarding time, and reduce design revision rounds. The operational savings become tangible especially during growth phases when you are working across multiple channels or teams.
Yes, all rights to the delivered guidelines belong to you. PDF and Figma source files are included in the handover so your internal team or any future agency can update them. As your brand grows and the guidelines need expanding or revising, we can handle that work too — but it is optional after initial delivery, not a requirement.
