Roadmap · Audit · Prioritization
AdwebX analyzes your current processes and prioritizes the AI use cases with the highest ROI. We deliver an actionable 90-day roadmap, model selection, and cost projection.
AI strategy starts with business goals, not technology. Through process mapping, data readiness, and feasibility analysis, we clarify which workflows can be accelerated with AI.
Every month you wait, the gap between you and competitors widens.
Without knowing which AI tools to pick, 40-60% of your annual software budget flows to the wrong stack.
AI projects started without ROI modeling are abandoned by month 6 at a 62% rate — pure sunk cost.
Your team runs the same process both with AI and manually, doubling workload and halving any efficiency gain.
Real business outcomes with industry-standard tools.
Starting from the wrong place is the most expensive mistake. Many businesses choose a tool first — let's use ChatGPT, let's add a chatbot — then try to fit it into their existing processes. What this approach typically produces is a demo; rarely a business impact. Real AI advantage works the other way: you first clarify which business problem you are solving, then choose the technology.
An AI initiative without a process map is like a building without foundations. Teams resist change, integrations stall, costs exceed expectations. We prevent this by building AI strategy around business goals, not around a list of tools.
In the first phase we work through your business's current operational flows together. Repetitive tasks, bottlenecks, manual steps with high error rates and data transfers — these are the points where AI returns value fastest. This analysis is done through interviews and document review; what emerges is a table grounded in actual data, not estimates.
When we quantify how many person-hours each process consumes, what each error costs, and which step is creating the bottleneck, prioritisation becomes self-evident.
Not every process is mature for AI. For a process to be ready for automation, three conditions must be met: repeatable inputs, measurable output, sufficient data. Which of these conditions are already met, which need to be prepared, which have not yet matured enough — we report this honestly.
This phase protects you from unnecessary investment. Saying not yet, not for this process is the consultant's job.
OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, Llama and other open-source models; automation layers such as n8n, Make and Zapier; vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and RAG architectures — the right tool is selected for the use case and cost structure. We have no vendor partnerships; our recommendations are independent.
The output of the feasibility phase is a concrete document: which automation is built first, which team is involved, what technical infrastructure is needed, an estimated cost range, and the expected operational impact. This roadmap is a real implementation plan you can use in your internal approval processes.
The AI market is growing fast and a new tool appears every week. In that noise, the pressure to deploy the latest model is real. But tool selection is the least critical part of strategy; the most critical part is knowing what you want to solve.
ADWEBX applies this discipline in its own operations. We run parts of our agency's processes on an AI infrastructure; that experience directly informs the quality of our recommendations for clients. We recommend what we have tested in practice, not in theory.
Our strategy service begins with a free preliminary assessment. In this conversation we understand your business size, current toolset, target processes and budget framework. By the end of the call there is enough clarity to say this is where we begin. Fill in the form at /en/analysis for a free assessment, or message us on WhatsApp.
No. It creates value for any business with operational bottlenecks. The difference is scope and duration: for a small business we prioritise a few critical processes; for a large organisation broader mapping is required.
That is up to you. We can include implementation as part of our engagement and build it directly, or we can deliver a ready-to-use document for your internal team or another technical partner to implement.
Scope is defined in the first conversation. Typically three to five candidate processes are assessed and the one or two with the highest potential return are taken into the roadmap. Keeping the scope too broad dilutes focus.
Which data enters the AI processes, whether processing records are kept, and the storage location of data are all assessed during the strategy phase. We do not provide legal advice; we ensure technical compliance.
After the preliminary assessment and process-mapping phases are complete, the roadmap document is typically delivered within two to three weeks. Duration may vary as scope expands.
AI strategy engagements typically range from ₺15,000 to ₺75,000+. Scope, team size, and process complexity determine the final investment — we define it together in the discovery call.
We don't publish fixed price lists — quoting without scoping the project doesn't serve you. A free discovery call lets us understand your needs and present a project-specific proposal.
